# Public key and canonicalization rule for a certified extract or an answer receipt (free)

`GET /certified/public-key`

## Request

Free. No payment. One Ed25519 key verifies both series certified extracts (GET /v1/certified/{country}/{series}) and answer receipts (kind answer_receipt, embedded in a paid POST /v1/answers/* HTTP 200 when the body sets receipt:true). Same key_id and the same canonical JSON rule (keys sorted recursively, no whitespace). An answer receipt is not a series certified extract.

## Response `200`

Ed25519 public key (PEM), key id, canonicalization rule and verify snippets. Covers certified extracts and answer receipts; no second key.
