`POST /auth/identities/google/link`

Requires the server-issued nonce from /auth/identities/google/link/start, the same browser/session, and a signed Google token carrying that nonce. Email admission occurs before persistence at handoff exchange. Verified provider mail skips DNS; unverified mail uses the full signup DNS policy. A link without mail introduces no email identity.
