# Cancel billing and request account deletion after explicit email confirmation

Shared projects owned or billed by this user must first be transferred to another member or explicitly deleted. Stripe subscriptions cancel immediately without refund; only accrued usage can be invoiced. Identity and projects remain until cancellation is confirmed. The existing pending-delete reconciler retries interrupted billing cancellation.

## Response `202`

Billing cancellation confirmed; sessions revoked and account cleanup accepted

## Other responses

- `409`: account-delete-shared-projects: transfer ownership and billing or delete the listed projects
- `503`: account-delete-billing-pending: account preserved while Stripe cancellation retries; user may retry the same request
