# Read a change with its events

`GET /v3/changes/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://v3.euler.finance`
- URL: `https://v3.euler.finance/v3/changes/{id}`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Any registered domain; a row in an unregistered domain returns 400. Requires the domain's `:read` capability or an allowlisted Toolbox session. The record carries its event log, oldest first. API-key responses omit operator attribution from the change, its events and its image snapshots.

Recorded change, decision, and before and after digests
