# Enroll a name into the ongoing verdict-monitoring surface.

WO-5 (CPO board §6.4). Enrolls one name into the ongoing watch pipeline. Every ~7 days the refresh cron re-runs the verdict against fresh data; when the canonical verdict class changes a watch_events row is inserted (webhook delivery follows in Sprint 2 proper). Rate-limited to 10 new watches per owner per day.

  - `name` string, required
  - `goods` WatchGoods: Free-form goods scoping — matches the /v1/verify class-intake shape so the refresh job can re-verify against the same class scope the caller set at watch-create time.
    - `nice_classes` integer[], nullable
    - `business_description` string, nullable
    - `vertical` string, nullable
  - `channels` string[]: Delivery channels for verdict-change events. Supported: 'email' | 'webhook'. When 'webhook' is included the caller MUST supply webhook_url.
  - `payment_method_id` string, nullable: Optional Stripe PaymentMethod ID (pm_...) collected client-side via Stripe.js. If omitted, the response includes a hosted checkout_url the caller must send the user to.
  - `tier` string: Subscription tier: monthly | agency_10 | agency_50.
  - `webhook_url` string, nullable: HTTPS URL to POST verdict-change events to. Required when channels includes 'webhook'. HMAC-SHA256 signed with a per-watch secret returned once in the 201 response.
  - `email` string, nullable: Optional email for Stripe customer record + receipts.
