Render a single brand name in The Verifier voice (or chosen persona).

## Request body

- RenderRequest
  - `brand` string, required: The brand name to render. Trim whitespace; we'll normalize.
  - `persona_key` string: Which persona voice to use. Default 'verifier'.
  - `as_json` boolean: If true, return JSON with b64 audio; else raw mp3 bytes.
