WO-3 (Sprint 2, 2026-07-01): thin alias over the /v3/check clearance pipeline. Returns the canonical verdict + verdict_legacy + status + reason + nice_classes_source + recommended_actions. Same body shape as /v3/check (top-level or context.-nested nice_classes accepted). Guaranteed identical verdict class to /v3/check for the same input.

## Request body

- CheckRequest: Single-name clearance request. Security (R4 P1-2, R6 F-01, 2026-05-17): the `name` field flows into outbound URLs (RDAP, handle probes) AND into the LLM cultural-screen prompt. The sanitizer rejects URL-significant punctuation (`@`, `?`, `/`, etc.) AND the IPI carriers (Plane-14 tag chars, zero-width, bidi-isolate) the v1/verify regex previously missed. WO-3 (Sprint 2, 2026-07-01): `nice_classes` and `business_description` now also accepted at the top level — this is the shape the /quickcheck payload uses, and unifying makes the diligence smoke test hit the same payload against every endpoint (BOARD_REPORT_SOUNDNESS §5).
