`DELETE /v2/auth/keys/{key_id}`

Revoke a key the signed-in user owns.

`key_id` is the 16-char public identifier returned by GET /v2/auth/keys
(a prefix of the row's hash, safe to expose). We scan for the matching
full hash, confirm ownership, then stamp revoked_at.
