# Look up the status of a previously submitted deletion request.

`GET /v1/privacy/deletion-request/{request_id}`

Given the ``request_id`` quoted in the acknowledgement email, return the current processing state (pending, in_progress, completed, failed) and the received_at/completed_at timestamps. Does NOT return the stored email address — that would let an attacker enumerate request_ids to discover which addresses have filed DSRs.
