# Remove a user's admin-panel access to an app

`DELETE /v2/apps/{appId}/users/{userId}/access`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.chat.ethora.com`
- URL: `https://api.chat.ethora.com/v2/apps/{appId}/users/{userId}/access`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Turns every grant on the user's ACL row for this app off; the account,
its chats and its login are untouched (archive the user for that).
Refuses the caller's own account and the app owner. A platform super
admin target is also demoted, but only when the caller is a super admin
with write; otherwise the ACL is revoked and 403
`SUPERADMIN_DEMOTE_FORBIDDEN` is returned. Tenant-actor authenticated,
needs `appUsers.admin` or `appSettings.admin` on the app.
