# Validate push configuration for an app (dry-run)

`POST /v1/push/validate/{appId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.chat.ethora.com`
- URL: `https://api.chat.ethora.com/v1/push/validate/{appId}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Calls the push service to perform a **dry-run** Firebase send to a topic.
This validates that the Firebase service account for the app is configured and usable,
without requiring a mobile app/device token.

## Path parameters

- `appId` string, required

## Request body

- object
  - `topic` string: Optional FCM topic to use for dry-run validation.

## Response `200`

ok

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: app/project not found
- `422`: validation error
- `500`: Internal Server Error
- `502`: FCM validation failed (bad service account / permissions)
