`GET /v1/chats/users`

## Request

**Auth**: User JWT

Returns users in the current app, or chat members when `chatName` is provided.
If `xmppUsername` is provided, returns a single user record.

## Query parameters

- `chatName` string
- `xmppUsername` string
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer
