    organization_id (int): Identifier of the organization.
    pentest_slug (str): Slug identifying the pentest.
    db (AsyncSession): Request-scoped database session.
    context (ActiveContext): Resolved caller identity and scope.

Returns:
    PentestDetailResponse: The requested pentest.
