# API version probe

`GET /v1/`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.ethiack.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Return the running API version.

The only unauthenticated endpoint; used by clients and
integrators as a liveness/version probe.

Returns:
    dict[str, str]: A single ``version`` entry.
