# Delete a tile icon

`DELETE /v1/enterprise/{enterprise_id}/tile-icons/{tileicons_id}/`

Deletes a device tile icon.

Permanently removes the specified custom tile icon from the enterprise's icon library. Once used for earlier versions of the Blueprints experience. 


**About Device Tile Icons**
Device tile icons are the small representative images shown for devices in fleet/tile-style Console views. Deleting a custom icon that is currently applied to devices will leave those devices without that specific icon in fleet views.

## Path parameters

- `enterprise_id` string, required
- `tileicons_id` string, required

## Response `204`

The resource was deleted successfully.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request.
- `401`: Authorization information is missing or invalid.
- `403`: Forbidden, no permission to perform this action.
- `404`: Not Found.
- `500`: Internal server error
