`POST /api/account/login`

`401 invalid` for everything that is not a way in: an unknown address,
a wrong password, an address not verified yet, a switched-off account, and
the brake — per IP and per account — once it is on. The right password on
an unverified address also sends a fresh link, since that buyer has
evidently lost the first one.
