# Get a regression test

`GET /regression-tests/{regressionTestId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://public.escape.tech/v3`
- URL: `https://public.escape.tech/v3/regression-tests/{regressionTestId}`
- Auth: API key in header `X-ESCAPE-API-KEY`

Get a regression test by ID, including its runs. When the test does not exist (or belongs to another organization), the internal API returns an error that is forwarded as a 404 to avoid leaking its existence.

  - `status` 'CANCELLED' | 'CLARIFICATION_GIVEN' | 'CLARIFICATION_REQUIRED' | 'ERROR' | 'NOT_STARTED' | 'RUNNING' | 'TEST_FAILED' | 'TEST_PASSED', required: The status of the latest run of the regression test
  - `signedUrl` string, required: A signed URL to download the source report. It expires after a short period.
  - `createdAt` string, required: When the regression test was created
  - `updatedAt` string, required: When the regression test was last updated
  - `runs` object[], required: The most recent runs of the regression test, most recent first. Capped; page through all runs with GET /v3/regression-tests/{regressionTestId}/history.

    - `status` 'CANCELLED' | 'CLARIFICATION_GIVEN' | 'CLARIFICATION_REQUIRED' | 'ERROR' | 'NOT_STARTED' | 'RUNNING' | 'TEST_FAILED' | 'TEST_PASSED', required: The status of the run
    - `clarificationQuestion` string, nullable, required: The question the agent asked, when the run needs a clarification
    - `clarificationAnswer` string, nullable, required: The answer given to the clarification question
    - `validationId` string, nullable, required: The id of the validation (scan) that ran the test
    - `createdAt` string, required: When the run was created
    - `updatedAt` string, required: When the run was last updated
  - `hasMoreRuns` boolean, required: Whether more runs exist beyond the embedded `runs`. Page through all runs with GET /v3/regression-tests/{regressionTestId}/history.
