`GET /issues/funnel`

## Request

Get issue funnel data showing how issues distribute across severity/exposure steps: ALL → OPEN_ISSUES → EXPOSED → UNAUTHENTICATED → HIGH_BUSINESS_IMPACT → CRITICAL.

## Query parameters

- `projectIds` union: Filter by project IDs

  - `category` string, required: Issue category
  - `step` string, required: Funnel step name
  - `count` number, required: Number of issues at this step
