# Send feedback on AI remediation

`POST /issues/{issueId}/ai-remediation/feedback`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://public.escape.tech/v3`
- URL: `https://public.escape.tech/v3/issues/{issueId}/ai-remediation/feedback`
- Auth: API key in header `X-ESCAPE-API-KEY`

Record whether an AI remediation artefact was useful. Use `kind` to choose the full issue-panel remediation (`aiRemediationFeedback`) or the short overview summary (`aiRemediationSummaryFeedback`). Pass `feedback: null` to clear a previous rating.

## Path parameters

- `issueId` string, uuid, required: The issue ID

## Request body

- object
  - `kind` 'remediation' | 'summary': Which AI remediation artefact to act on: `remediation` for the full issue-panel remediation, `summary` for the short overview summary.
  - `feedback` boolean, nullable, required: Whether the remediation was useful. Pass null to clear the feedback.

## Response `200`

OK

  - `kind` 'remediation' | 'summary', required: The AI remediation the feedback applies to
  - `saved` boolean, required: Whether the feedback was saved

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `404`: Not found
