# List Azure Boards area paths of a project.

`GET /integrations/azure-boards/{id}/areas`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://public.escape.tech/v3`

- Auth: API key in header `X-ESCAPE-API-KEY`

List the area paths an Azure Boards project accepts for one work item type. Area paths classify a work item inside the project.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required: The integration ID

## Query parameters

- `project` string, required: The Azure Boards project name or ID
- `workItemType` string, required: The work item type the area path applies to, for example Task or Bug

## Response `200`

OK

- string[]: The allowed area paths

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Not found
- `502`: Azure Boards refused or could not answer
