Automated background worker endpoint (triggered by deployment, cron, or admin).
Iterates through all users who connected Google Calendar and updates their rolling 6-month horizons.
Respects the 7-day rolling cadence guard by default.

## Query parameters

- `min_days` integer: Minimum days elapsed since last sync to trigger re-sync (ADR 0200)
- `force` boolean: Force re-sync even if synced within min_days
