**LLM Instructions**: 
1. If the user mentions a country (e.g., 'Chart for India' or 'Horoscope for USA'), pass `country: 'India'`. 
   The API will automatically resolve its official founding date and capital city from the database.
2. If the API returns a `status: 'missing_details'` response, ask the user to provide the exact founding/birth details in `YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM City` format.
3. For a personal chart, ask the user for their birth date (`YYYY-MM-DD`), time (`HH:MM`), and city (`City`).

## Request body

- ChartLLMRequest: Input schema required to calculate an ERUX Personal or Mundane (Country / Nation / Event) Astrological Chart. You can provide EITHER 'country' (e.g. 'India', 'USA', 'France') OR exact birth/founding details ('date', 'time', 'city').
  - `country` string, nullable: The country name for a Mundane Chart (e.g. 'India', 'USA', 'France', 'Japan'). If provided, the engine will automatically resolve its historical founding date and location from its database.
  - `date` string, nullable: The exact birth or founding date in YYYY-MM-DD format (e.g. '1990-05-14' or '1776-07-04'). Required if country is not specified or not found in database.
  - `time` string, nullable: The exact birth or founding time in 24-hr HH:MM format (e.g. '14:30' or '00:00'). Defaults to '12:00' if unknown.
  - `birth_time` string, nullable: The exact birth or founding time in 24-hr HH:MM format (e.g. '14:30' or '00:00'). Defaults to '12:00' if unknown.
  - `city` string, nullable: The birth city or founding capital (e.g. 'London', 'New Delhi', 'Washington'). Required if country is not specified.
  - `system` string: The astrological system: 'hybrid' (Western + Vedic, default), 'vedic' (North/South Indian Kundli), or 'western' (Tropical wheel).
  - `platform` string: The platform invoking this tool ('chatgpt' or 'vertex').
