WHERE tier='free_preview' AND status='trialing' AND trial_end < now().

Idempotent (the WHERE never matches an already-downgraded row). Also runs
daily via APScheduler; this HTTP trigger exists for manual sweeps and
Railway Cron. Auth: X-Cron-Secret.
