Runs daily at 09:00 UTC. Picks up any ticker with a fresh earnings report
whose exposure row is stale (or missing), plus any ticker whose
next_refresh_after has lapsed (~95-day decay fallback). Writes LLM-generated
scores + rationale to ai_disruption_exposure.
