Owner Daily Desk pull universes (migrations 217/230,
`research_desk_universe_json`): `earnings` = research-panel common stocks with no
earnings_surprise_history row yet; `splits` = delisted panel names with no
split_history row. Same one-scalar-jsonb contract as the dividends universe above.
(The `insider` kind was dropped with `insider_transactions_history` in mig 230.)
