Trigger a Supabase password reset email for the given address.

Uses supabase.auth.admin.generate_link (magic link / recovery link) so
the token is generated server-side without the user being logged in.

Import is lazy — supabase transitively requires pyiceberg which has no
Windows/Python-3.14 binary wheel; lazy import avoids module-level crash.
