`GET /api/admin/schwab/quotes`

## Request

Return real-time quotes for one or more symbols (comma-separated).

Query params:
  symbols — e.g. AAPL,MSFT,NVDA or AAPL (required)

Response includes quote (bid/ask/last/volume), reference (exchange, description),
and fundamental (P/E, EPS, dividend yield) sub-objects per symbol.
