`GET /api/admin/options-chain/{ticker}`

## Request

Full option chain for a single ticker with recommended strikes highlighted.

Query params:
  strategy — "csp" (default) or "ic"
  dte_min  — minimum DTE (default 7)
  dte_max  — maximum DTE (default 30)
