`GET /api/admin/deploy-info`

## Request

Deploy metadata for the admin dashboard header.

Carries the commit MESSAGE, which the unauthenticated /health endpoint no
longer exposes (commit subjects here routinely describe internal bugs and
security fixes — see 2026-09-02 ops audit). No DB or network I/O.
