`POST /api/admin/config/erp`

## Request

Set the platform-wide ERP (clamped to [ERP_MIN, ERP_MAX]). Admin-only.

Takes effect immediately in this process; other processes pick it up at
their next TTL refresh, batch start, or restart. Changing this value moves
every DCF/DDM-family fair value on the platform — change deliberately.

## Request body

- ErpUpdateRequest: Admin write for the platform-wide equity risk premium (decimal, e.g. 0.047).
  - `value` number, required
