`POST /api/admin/auto-trader/set-primary-account`

Designate which Schwab account receives auto-trader orders.

The hash must already be in AUTO_TRADER_ACCOUNT_HASH_WHITELIST or the
request is rejected. Takes effect on the next cycle — no restart needed.
