`POST /api/admin/auto-trader/set-active-accounts`

Set which accounts receive auto-trader orders simultaneously.

Body: {"account_hashes": ["hash1", "hash2"]}

All hashes must be in AUTO_TRADER_ACCOUNT_HASH_WHITELIST. Empty list
clears the override and falls back to the primary account.
