# A company's earnings guidance from its Item-2.02 8-K releases and earnings-call transcripts — each guided metric with its range, unit, GAAP/non-GAAP basis, period, the verbatim disclosure, and as-announced provenance, newest release first. Revenue and diluted-EPS guidance also carries the reported actual and an above/within/below verdict once the facts land.

Arithmetic on reported facts, never an estimate. False for filed facts and while actual is null.
    - `priorActual` number, double, nullable: The most recent reported figure for the same metric before the guided period — the baseline the guided range reads against. Null when no baseline fact exists.
    - `priorActualIsAnnual` boolean: True when priorActual is a full-year figure (annual guidance); false for a discrete-quarter baseline.
    - `midpointVsPriorPercent` number, double, nullable: Guided midpoint vs priorActual, in percent; null without a baseline or when the baseline is zero.
    - `changeVsPrior` string, nullable
  - `coverage` GuidanceCoverageDto
    - `documentsExamined` integer
    - `coverageStartDate` string, date, nullable
    - `coverageEndDate` string, date, nullable
    - `stalenessNote` string, nullable: Set when the newest guidance on record trails the newest examined source document by more than one quarterly filing cycle: the later documents were read and state no newer guidance, so the rows are a dated record rather than necessarily the current outlook. Null while the record is fresh.
