    - `name` string, nullable
    - `cik` string, nullable: SEC CIK — the identifier accepted by the v1/institutions/{cik}/* endpoints.
    - `latestReportDate` string, date, nullable: Latest tracked 13F report date; null when the filer has no 13F rollup.
    - `reportedAum` integer, nullable: Published value of the filer's tracked latest-quarter positions (legacy field name): normally derived on the report-date closing-price basis, with filer-value fallback; null when no rollup is available, and individual unknown valuations can contribute zero.
    - `positionCount` integer, nullable: Position count reported across the filer's latest tracked 13F quarter; null when unavailable.
    - `city` string, nullable: Filer's city as registered with EDGAR; null when EDGAR has none on file.
    - `stateOrCountry` string, nullable: Filer's state or country, decoded from EDGAR's internal code table to a human-readable name (US state abbreviations pass through); null when EDGAR has none on file.
    - `holderType` string, nullable: The filer's entity type from regulatory records, never from its name, with the same labels as institutional holders' holderType; null when the filer is not yet classified.
  - `meta` InstitutionSearchMeta
    - `limit` integer: The applied result cap.
    - `count` integer: Number of institutions returned.
    - `totalMatches` integer: Total institutions matching the query — when it exceeds count, raise limit to see the rest.
    - `hasMore` boolean: True when more matches exist than were returned.
