Multi-level wind resource analysis from ERA5 pressure levels.

Returns annual/monthly mean wind speeds, Weibull distribution parameters
(k, c), estimated capacity factor, and P50/P90 statistics at each
requested hub height (default: 10, 50, 80, 100, 120, 150 m).

Hub heights are interpolated from ERA5 pressure-level wind fields
(1000–700 hPa ≈ 110–3000 m ASL) using log-linear vertical interpolation.
More accurate than surface log-law extrapolation for heights > 40 m.

One credit per request.
