`GET /api/jobs/{job_id}/compliance`

## Request

Return ASHRAE 90.1 / 169-2021 compliance data for a completed job.

Response includes the climate zone, and all heating/cooling design
conditions from the ASHRAE Handbook of Fundamentals in a structured JSON
suitable for embedding directly in an energy model setup sheet.
