# getSchemaHead

`GET /v1/entity/schemas/{slug}/head`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://entity.sls.epilot.io`
- URL: `https://entity.sls.epilot.io/v1/entity/schemas/{slug}/head`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `x-epilot-org-id`

Lightweight lookup of the schema version saves currently land on top of. Meant for editors
to detect that someone else saved while they were editing, without fetching the schema.

## Path parameters

- `slug` string, required: URL-friendly identifier for the entity schema

## Response `200`

Success

- SchemaHead
  - `slug` string, required: URL-friendly identifier for the entity schema
  - `id` string
  - `version` integer, required
  - `updated_at` string, date-time
  - `created_by` string: Who saved this version

## Other responses

- `404`: The requested resource was not found
- `429`: Too many requests
