`POST /v1/app-configurations/upload-url`

Generate a presigned URL for uploading app package zip file

## Request body

- UploadFilePayload
  - `app_id` string — ID of the app configuration. Required for app updates.

## Response `200`

Upload URL generated successfully

  - `app_id` string — ID of the app configuration
  - `upload_url` string, required — Presigned S3 URL for uploading the file
  - `s3_reference` S3Reference, required
    - `bucket` string, required — The name of the S3 bucket where the JSON file for import is stored.
    - `key` string, required — The key or path to the JSON file within the S3 bucket.
  - `expires_at` string, date-time — Timestamp when the upload URL expires
