# Validate phone number (EnvoiSMS Lookup Engine)

`POST /verify/lookup`

## Request

Validates phone number format, carrier, and location using the operator database.

## Request body

  - `number` string, required: Phone number to validate (E.164 or local format)
  - `country_code` string: Optional ISO 2-letter country code
