Get states by country code. Available countries: **US** - United States, **MX** - Mexico, **CO** - Colombia, **CA** - Canada, **BR** - Brazil, **IN** - India, **CL** - Chile, **GT** - Guatemala, **AR** - Argentina, **PE** - Peru

- `country_code` string, required
