  - `ico` string, required: IČO, 6-8 číslic (zero-padded)
  - `webhook_url` string, uri: POST JSON na túto URL pri zmene (HTTPS, SSRF-blocked, HMAC-podpísané)
  - `email` string, email
  - `note` string
  - `digest_frequency` 'immediate' | 'daily' | 'weekly': Kadencia doručenia. Nemení sadu event typov, len ich zoskupenie.
  - `tier` 'free' | 'pro' | 'enterprise': free doručuje iba 8 kritických typov (bankruptcy_change, liquidation_change, nis2_scope_change, pledge_change, restructuring_change, sanctions_change, share_capital_reduced, ubo_change); pro a enterprise doručujú všetkých 35.
  - `extra_recipients` string[]: Ďalší e-mailoví príjemcovia. Strop sú 3 adresy vrátane `email`.
