# Cancel a Runner run

`DELETE /api/v1/runs/{forge}/{owner}/{repo}/{runId}`

## Path parameters

- `forge` 'gh' | 'et', required
- `owner` string, required
- `repo` string, required
- `runId` string, required

## Response `204`

Runner run canceled, or already settled on its own

## Other responses

- `404` — Runner run not found
- `409` — The run is still being provisioned; cancelling again succeeds
