## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:8080`
- URL: `http://localhost:8080/v1/decisions`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Available when an openai, jev, or openrouter provider is configured. OpenAI models answer natively; jev models (Jev, Kev) and OpenRouter's decision models answer through System One, translated both ways. Hosted Jev reads images sent as base64 data URLs; Kev and OpenRouter read text only.
