Get tariff for a system

    - `single_rate` object: Single rate. It will have following fields.
      - `rate` string: The usage rate. e.g=0.0
      - `sell` string: FiT rate. e.g=0.0
    - `seasons` object[]: ToU seasons. It will have following fields.
      - `id` string: Tou year id. e.g='all_year_long'
      - `start` string: Start of Season. e.g='1/1'
      - `days` object[]: ToU seasons. It will have following fields
        - `id` string: ToU days id. e.g='all_days'
        - `days` string: Comma separated days. e.g='Sun,Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri,Sat'
        - `must_charge_start` integer: Must charge start field. e.g=0
        - `must_charge_duration` integer: Must charge duration field. e.g=0
        - `periods` object[]: Periods. It will have following fields
          - `id` string: Period id. e.g='period_1'
          - `start` string: Period start. e.g=0
          - `rate` string: Period rate. e.g=0.0
          - `error` object: Dynamic fields will appear.

      - `enable_discharge_to_grid` boolean
    - `seasons_sell` object[]: ToU seasons sell. It will have following fields.
