# Poll run status

`GET /api/v1/run/{run_id}`

Fetch a run's status. Optionally compute a pass/fail verdict by supplying min_severity.

## Path parameters

- `run_id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `min_severity` string, nullable: Severity threshold for verdict: critical, high, medium, low.

- `Authorization` string, nullable: Bearer token with API key

  - `verdict` 'pass' | 'fail', nullable

  - `findings_count` integer, required
  - `ingest_incomplete` boolean, required: True when part of this run's results is missing, because it could not be read or a safety test never ran, so `findings_count` may be lower than it should be and a release gated on it should not trust it.
  - `findings_above_threshold` integer, nullable
  - `categories_planned` string[], required: The categories the run was asked to cover. Empty where the workspace's plan withholds a run's breakdown; read `status` to tell a cancelled run from one that finished.
  - `categories_completed` string[], required: The categories the run finished. Empty where the workspace's plan withholds a run's breakdown; read `status` to tell a cancelled run from one that finished.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid min_severity value
- `404`: Run not found
- `422`: Validation Error
