`POST /v1/faro-events:ingest`

Ingests one Faro Web SDK payload from an authenticated web client. The call is
authenticated but not tenant-scoped, so it needs no per-namespace authorization.
The response echoes the payload with the trusted caller identity stamped in.

- V1FaroPayload: FaroPayload carries one Grafana Faro Web SDK beacon from an authenticated web client.
  - `payload` object, required: The raw Faro Web SDK payload: meta, logs, exceptions, measurements, events, and traces. The whole request body maps into this field, so the browser sends the Faro object at the top level with no wrapper.
