`POST /v1/alerts/subscribe`

## Request

- Auth: none required

Double opt-in: a confirmation email first. The list replaces the address's previous watch list; 50 lines maximum.

## Request body

  - `email` string, email, required
  - `products` string[]: slug:version lines
  - `product` string: A single slug:version line, instead of products
  - `source` string

## Response `200`

{ok, watching, confirmed, message}

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid email or no slug:version line
- `429`: Signup limit (10 a day per address)
- `503`: Alert storage unavailable
