`GET /api/v2/trips/{externalId}/advisor-shares`

## Request

The advisors this trip is shared with now, and the advisors the caller could still pick (the ones they have
consented to link with). Only the trip's owner may ask; anyone else gets 404. Guests get 403.

## Other responses

- `401`: unauthenticated: No valid bearer token was sent.
- `404`: not the trip's owner

- `500`: server_error: Unhandled failure; quote `request_id` to support.
