`GET /api/v2/itineraries/options`

## Request

The lists the Setup step offers: every interest and interest category any party may see (the step shows
`family` only to a party with children, and `nightlife`, `wellness` and `wine` only to one without;
`sports` while the server offers it) and the quick start templates. Cached for a day.
