# Re-arrange the days

`POST /api/v2/itineraries/{externalId}/rearrange`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.endlesstravelplans.com`
- URL: `https://www.endlesstravelplans.com/api/v2/itineraries/{externalId}/rearrange`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

The local arranger over the plan's own activities: one day (`date`) keeps that day's own and re-times it;
left out, the whole trip is dealt out again with pinned and custom activities held in place.

## Request body

- object
  - `date` string, nullable: One day (Y-m-d); the whole trip when left out.
  - `editVersion` integer, nullable: The version the client loaded.

## Other responses

- `401`: unauthenticated: No valid bearer token was sent.
- `422`
- `429`: rate_limited: A throttle or a per-account allowance refused the request; `retry_after` or `remaining` may be present.
- `500`: server_error: Unhandled failure; quote `request_id` to support.
